Belmond El Encanto<\/a>‘s delicious wine dinner series continues this week, with an exclusive dining experience featuring\u00a0Daou Vineyards and Winery<\/a> of Paso Robles<\/a> on Wednesday, June 6. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Regionally inspired cuisine from Executive Chef Johan Denizot<\/a> is paired with a fantastic selection of wines. A welcome reception begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by a multi-course tasting menu with wine pairings. For a peek at the menu, click here<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The series continues on\u00a0August 23, featuring Santa Barbara County’s own Au Bon Climat<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

On September\u00a0<\/span>20, it’s Venetian Night: Evolution of\u00a0Amarone<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>(In Italian, the name\u00a0Amarone<\/i>\u00a0literally means “the Great Bitter,” and is a typically rich\u00a0Italian\u00a0dry\u00a0red wine\u00a0made from the partially dried\u00a0grapes\u00a0of the\u00a0Corvina ,\u00a0Rondinella and other approved red grape\u00a0varieties).<\/p>\n

Finally, Ridge Vineyards<\/a>, featuring wines from Sonoma County and the Santa Cruz Mountains,\u00a0is spotlighted on November 1.<\/p>\n
