With that in mind, this will be a harvest style celebration of bringing and sharing superb wines.\u00a0\u00a0<a title=\"Les Marchands \" href=\"http:\/\/lesmarchandswine.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Les Marchands <\/a>has invited several winemakers to participate and in generosity they have agreed to bring along Santa Barbara County wines from their cellars\u2014fun, unique, aged, new, unreleased, large format\u2014the variety will be truly memorable.<\/p>\n<p>Confirmed winemakers and proprietors attending include <a title=\"Zotovich\" href=\"http:\/\/zotovichcellars.com\/cm\/Home.html\" target=\"_blank\">Zotovich<\/a>\u00a0Cellars, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ojaivineyard.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ojai<\/a>, <a title=\"Tyler Winery\" href=\"http:\/\/tylerwinery.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tyler<\/a>\u00a0Winery, <a title=\"Wenzlau\" href=\"https:\/\/wenzlauvineyard.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Wenzlau<\/a>\u00a0Vineyard, Sillix, <a title=\"Chanin\" href=\"http:\/\/chaninwine.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chanin<\/a>, <a title=\"Storm\" href=\"http:\/\/www.stormwines.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Storm<\/a>\u00a0Wines and <a title=\"Sandhi\" href=\"http:\/\/sandhiwines.com\/our-story\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sandhi<\/a>, with a few more in the works.<\/p>\n<p>Expanding on the theme, Les Marchands is encouraging guests to bring a wine from Santa Barbara County to share since the evening is centered around sharing, enjoying, and learning about the expressive wines of Santa Barbara County.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-25452\" alt=\"SBCWFTDinner2014-2855\" src=\"http:\/\/sbseasons.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/SBCWFTDinner2014-2855-300x300.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/>The menu includes:<\/p>\n<p>Farmer&#8217;s Market Crudite Platter with Seasonal Vegetables, Herbed Goat Cheese, Black Pepper Creme Fraiche, and Romesco Sauce<\/p>\n<p>Roasted Cauliflower Soup, Chives and House-made Potato Chip<\/p>\n<p>Grilled Tri-tip, Salsa Verde served with Rosemary Potatoes, Grilled Broccolini with Lemon Zest and Chili Flakes, Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Local Dish: Summer Refreshers\" href=\"http:\/\/sbseasons.com\/blog\/local-dish-summer-refreshers\/\" target=\"_blank\">Rori&#8217;s Ice Cream<\/a><br \/>\nCost is $85 per person, and reservations can be made by clicking <a href=\"http:\/\/lesmarchandswinebar.securecheckout.com\/product\/detail\/SBCWFTDinner2014.html?utm_source=Les+Marchands+Wine+Journal&amp;utm_campaign=7b406a3fc4-SBC_Futures_Tasting_Update_7-23-13&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_1de3532ae9-7b406a3fc4-66340689\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s just the beginning of this delicious world of fun.<\/p>\n<p>On\u00a0Saturday, April 19,\u00a0more than 50 of the hottest local wineries\u00a0will gather for an exclusive tasting next door to Les Marchands at 131 Anacapa St.,\u00a0which will be transformed into an indoor tasting room.
