The forest \u201chas always\u00a0been a place for me to hit\u00a0that reset button,\u201d says the\u00a0Ventura County native.<\/p>\n

In addition to the routes,\u00a0Carey\u2019s book includes maps,\u00a0GPS coordinates, descriptions\u00a0of terrain, flora, and fauna,\u00a0attractions, and charts\u00a0detailing the distances and\u00a0dog- and child-friendliness of\u00a0each trail.<\/p>\n
